Level Up Your Safety Skills
Top Reasons to Take the PADI Rescue Course Komodo
Many divers say the PADI Rescue Course Komodo is both the most challenging and the most rewarding course they’ve ever taken. It teaches you how to prevent and manage problems in the water while boosting your confidence as a diver—knowing you can assist others when it matters most.
Throughout the course, you’ll develop strong problem-solving skills and become a more reliable dive buddy. Training is serious and focused, yet still filled with moments of fun and laughter as you learn through realistic scenarios.
Before starting your in-water training, you must complete the Emergency First Response Course. This takes just one day and isn’t required if you’ve already completed it within the last 24 months. Share your details with us and we’ll handle the rest.
Your diving journey began with the Open Water Course, followed by the Advanced Open Water Course, where you expanded your skills. The PADI Rescue Course Komodo takes you to the next level, transforming how you see diving. You’ll start thinking beyond yourself, becoming more aware of other divers and your role in keeping the dive environment safer.
This mindset shift is challenging but incredibly rewarding—and it often carries into your everyday life. You’ll gain the confidence to face new situations, sharpen your awareness underwater, and perhaps even prevent potential emergencies. And if an emergency occurs, you’ll know exactly how to respond. The first aid and CPR skills you learn may one day help you save a life.
Despite the serious lessons, the course is genuinely fun. You’ll tackle new scenarios, share laughs with your instructor and classmates, and create unforgettable memories as you grow into a more capable, confident diver.

To complete your certification, you’ll enjoy three immersive days of training on the breathtaking Komodo Natural Park .
